Startup Issue with Minecraft - Server not starting with 331 mods on forge

Problem Description

Issue

I had tried out starting the server with just forge and the specific verion we need. That ran fine it booted aup and everything but now that we imported 331 mods into the mods folder and started it, it now gives me an error that its not amps fault but its on my end. I’m not sure how to esolve this. I tried switching the java versions provided in here but none of those worked.

Reproduction Steps

  • Added 331 mods to mod folder
  • Switching java versions provided
  • deleting instance and re doing it
  • Tried different foge versions

Did you select the Forge Server Type and the correct Forge version that the mods need?

Is that under configuration > Minecraft? The only thing in there is "Server and Startup. There is a “Server JAR” but it says it’s on autoselect and “Scan for new JARs” right under it. But we customized this mod pack, so I just dropped the mods into the server mod folder.

The Server Type is on that same setting page that you were looking at.
