Problem Description
Issue
My Minecraft Forge 1.20.1 server is stuck in a constant restart loop. Even though the console reaches the “Done” status, the AMP panel issues a “Killed by user” command automatically after a few seconds, preventing anyone from joining.
I have already performed the following troubleshooting steps without success:
Set “Max Tick Time” to -1 in the server settings.
Deleted the “session.lock” file and “serverconfig” folder.
Used the “Fix Permissions” tool in the Assistance menu.
Restored a previous backup.
The panel seems to be killing the process due to a false positive stall detection. Please help me stabilize the instance.
Reproduction Steps
- Press the Start button to boot the Forge server.
- Wait for the console to display the “Done” message.
- observe the server automatically shutting down and restarting seconds later.
