Problem Description

Issue

I have two instances, minecraft and valheim.
Minecraft gets stuck in starting, while valheim starts without any problems.
This started to happen when in my home happened a power cut, after that, AMP gets stuck at starting the MC instance
I use Minecraft Forge.

Reproduction Steps

  • Create a minecraft 1.19.2 forge instance
  • install the necesary mods for All of Create mod
  • play a bit

Try and stop/start the MC instance to see if that gets it turned over.
If not then I’d say read through the AMP log to see if there’s anything notable.

Well, doing that starts the instance, but it’s kinda annoying to do that when restart the (whole) server stays stuck, or when another power cut happens.
I opened this issue to find a more permanent fix/workaround.
As for the logs, you mean MC Instance > Event Log?

You should be able to set a startup delay somewhere in the main panel’s settings, that might give the MC server enough breathing room to start properly.
For the AMP log you’d right click the instance from the main panel, then hit View Logs
