Problem Description
Issue
im trying to setup a modded minecraft server using the 1.12.2 version of the game for the mod. it’s thru curseforge and the forge version is 14.23.5.2860. i have it set to forge in my config and the forge version set to the same as well as using the Jar with the same versions. no idea why its not starting but if someone could help me start the server for my friends and i to play on that would be great 
Reproduction Steps
- change game version
- change forge version in config
- change JAR files multiple times
