Double check that you’re using Java 8 under Configuration → Java and Memory
Otherwise shoot over your logs/latest.log and we’ll see what we can figure.

Oh getcha, the server wasn’t getting past the initial bit, so no logs to speak of.
My gut says that the Java runtime setting might be stuck.
Try switching it to Java 17 (or some other Java version), wait a few seconds, then swap it back to Java 8.
