Startup Issue with Minecraft - Forge issue as soon as it starts up

Problem Description

Issue

as soon as i start the server it simply shuts down and crashes no mods and simply just forge 1.16.5 36.3.35

Reproduction Steps

  • install forge
  • start server
  • server crashes

Wrong java version probably

i ahve changed the java versions as well and it wont even start just shuts down straight away.

Gonna have to see AMP’s logs

it seems to be a promission error.

New server runs completely fine for me with Java 11 (Forge 36.2.35, no 36.3.35 in the list) and 4GB RAM (though likely fine with 2GB)
