Problem Description

Issue

I added forge and everything following https://youtu.be/4uzpHQsufR8?t=406. Then I it claims my port isn’t working no idea what to do or say.

Reproduction Steps

  • added forge
  • then added it with 16.5
  • added mods with folder
  • attempted to start

You need to use Java 8 or Java 11 with Forge 1.16.5.

Googling the error in the log would have lead you to that solution. (reading the log is good if you want to solve your problem)
