Startup Issue with Minecraft - change the JAVA Version from Java 11 to Java 21

Issue

I have to change the Java version, but i dont know how to install JAVA 21… How can i make this?

Reproduction Steps

• Try to stard the server and it crashed
• Looked in the logs anf foundet the fail
• tryed to chance the Java Version to JAVA 21 but there is only JAVA 11
