Problem Description

Issue

“I want to create a StoneBlock 3 server, but every time everything is finished and ready, I get the error:
internal exception: io.netty.handler.codec.decoderException: java.lang.indexOutOfBoundsException: readerIndex(12) + length(1) exceeds writerIndex(12): pooledUnsafeDirectByteBuf(ridx:12, widx: 12, Cap:12)”

Reproduction Steps

  • set up the ftb stoneblock 3
  • add the server in mc to join
  • try to join

i hope this is enoght my english is not so good but i hope you understand what i mean

i get the server by Hostinger and select FTB (New Source) and than FTB Stoneblock 3 (V1.11.1)

You need to select the Forge modloader after the modpack is installed with FTB.
