Startup Issue with Minecraft - Can not select neoforge version

Hello,

I am unabled to start my server because i can not select a neoforge version. By suggestion of the forums i already try and delete the NeoForgeVersionManifest.xml but that still did not work.

I also can verify that the file is corrected populated and even if i start anoter instance i can never select a neoforge server version

Reproduction Steps

• Server does not start
• Can not select neoforge version
• try and deleted the NeoForgeVersionManifest.xml file

Temp fix that worked for me is to replace the NeoForgeVersionManifest.xml with one that had the proper info in it from another NeoForge instance that was working.
