Startup Issue with Minecraft - can not run ATM9 modpack

Problem Description

Issue

I tried copying over my working server and it just crashes within less than a minute of startup. I made sure the right forge version is used, that it uses the right server jar. Nothing seems to work for this or any of the other modpacks/versions I tried.

Reproduction Steps

  • Setup Minecraft instance
  • Copy over all the files from a working All The Mods 9 server
  • Fail to function

What error are you getting in the console? Did you set the right Forge version on the server?
