Problem Description

Issue

Whenever I try to start the Server the Console says it is installing a new update and goes through the whole process and even says it successfully installed but then stalls and reverts to needing to install the same again, i already authenticated my account twice for the server but it still doesn’t want to start.

  • Server Stops
  • Update completes but then starts again

Install the package jq on your system

ok, How does one do that?

However you normally install packages on your system, using yum/dnf/rpm, whatever, I don’t use CentOS

You might need to add the EPEL repo first

ok jq installed, but now its stuck while trying to start
