Startup Issue with FOUNDRY - Newly created Foundry instance. Updated, installed, unable to start

Problem Description

Issue

Attempted to start a Foundry server but instance wont launch

Reproduction Steps

  • Installed new instance
  • upgraded new instance
  • First time startup failed

Make sure you have MS VS C++ 2015-2022 redistributable installed on your system

Installed latest version of Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable.
Restarted Amp service, attempted to start instance again, still failing.

The error from the console is:
Native Crash Reporting

Got a UNKNOWN while executing native code. This usually indicates
a fatal error in the mono runtime or one of the native libraries
used by your application.

I am able to launch and run Foundry dedicated server if I run it without using AMP.

Try a reboot to ensure that AMP is able to use the Redist

Starts without issue for me on Windows 10 in AMP
