Problem Description
Issue
The server won’t start and will not give any error logs or prompts.
Reproduction Steps
- Install server
- add cfx.re api key
- add steamapi key
- start server

I’m also having the same issue. New instance, license and API key added, everything should be set properly.
It just says “Starting” and never displays anything in the console.
Oddly enough, the license manager website appears to be getting a heartbeat from the server.
