Problem Description

Issue

Server not starting because server.cfg is being overwritten

Reproduction Steps

  • Start server with default server.cfg - Crash on start
  • Copied files from current working server using SFTP - Server.cfg gets overwritten on start to default
  • Modified server.cfg using file manager from browser - Server.cfg gets overwritten on start to default

You don’t edit server.cfg - anything that’s not in there you put in user.cfg instead.

Hey there, thx for the quick reply, I tried that and now nothing just shows up in the console, server shows as Application State: Starting for hours and just stops. I have the exact same files and config as a working server except for the cfx serverkey. What is going on ?

Can you show me the contents of the support tab please?
