Startup Issue with FiveM - can not change IP of FiveM server

can not change IP of FiveM server in the File Manager.

Reproduction Steps

• Try changing in the File Manager
• Tried changing in the Original Server.cfg
• Tried changing then restarting.

You change the IP by clicking on the pencil icon for the instance and going to its network settings.
