Startup Issue with Euro Truck Simulator 2 - Server software not completely starting up

Problem Description

Issue

When starting the game server it does not completely start up. But when stopping it gives the start messages for some reason?

Reproduction Steps

  • Start server
  • Stop server
  • Add neccesary files (server_packages) to the Euro Truck 2 folder
  • Start server again
