Problem Description

Issue

Game port is not launching with the instance startup, preventing us from joining the server

Reproduction Steps

  • Creation of instance
  • Updating of the instance
  • staring of the instance
  • Viewing the status of the ports
  • Trying to connect to the server anyway

Have you confirmed the ports are open in your firewall? Have you setup the port forwarding on your router?

Also, I’ve seen on multiple AMP servers where the ports/status don’t accurately reflect the port being accessible or despite showing red, connection works as expected.

I added the server to my favorites trough the steam server browser. and then viewing the favorite servers within enshrouded. following instructions of this website: Enshrouded | How to connect to your Enshrouded server | Skynode Helpdesk
