Problem Description
Issue
when trying to start my server the cpu stays at 0% and doesnt let me load in. have refreshed cfgs multiple times and would rather not destroy all my sever data to make it functional again
Reproduction Steps
- restarting, reset cfgs
- reset xmls already modified
- attempted to update instance
