Problem Description
Issue
New DayZ server will not start, throwing this error - the application stopped unexpectedly. exit code -1073741515. I am able to update the game and install mods, but the server will not start.

Reproduction Steps
- Attempted to reboot amp and VM the server is running on.
- Verified all settings and compared them to a working instance of same game on the server I am upgrading from.
- Deleted and reinstalled instance from scratch. Updated new instance without issue and re-verified all network settings.
