Startup Issue with Application Deployment - Palworld Latest Update, Instance wont start

Problem Description

Issue

After the latest Palword Update 0.2.0.6 the instance wont start.
The logs look to try to update the files from steam when selecting start.
This is the same behaviour as selecting update.

Reproduction Steps

Update the palworld instance to the latest version
Start the instance, the download notification will pop and look to check for steam updates. this is successful in verifying
then the instance quits and stops. never starting

Update AMP on the instance and it came online

I am getting the same issue and after updating the instance the issue persists. Is there a specific way to update this to resolve the issue?

Can confirm that i had to do this. Specifically the Config Refresh to get my 2 servers back up and running. … Kinda dumb that this is even required.
@AMP admins, is there some check that could be done after xfails for apps such as palworld that would add a Console line to suggest exactly this as a potential fix if continuing to have issues starting?
For the Palworld servers there isn’t any indication of why it is failing at all, which doesn’t help anyone of course.

The devs renamed the server executable. It happens from time to time.
