Problem Description

Issue

Minecraft instance will not start - I didn’t do any manual configuration, actually, i didn’t do any change at all - just my nephew for who I am running this called me and told that the server is down. I found it in “waiting for data” stage… so i updated AMP to the last version and tried to start again. No difference. How should I proceed (ideally without loosing instance data)? Thank you in advance

Reproduction Steps

  • Just press play button to start the instance
  • no other step needed
  • no other step needed - just ticket creation requires it

Did you try and start the server inside the MC instance? If so, is there an error?

sorry the lack of knowledge with this env, but what is MC and how to access it?

MC is Minecraft, you’ll want to hit Manage on the Minecraft instance to see what’s going on with it

sure, that is not possible - if i click Manage while the instance is trying to start, just the background of the tile flickers few times white and it continues with being frozen …

Right click the instance and hit View Logs
If it’s talking about license reactivation, and you’re with Hostinger, you’ll need to contact their support.
Otherwise if you have the license key you can reactivate it.
