Problem Description

Issue

Hello Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with my instance on Hostinger. The instance remains stuck in the “Starting” status and does not change, preventing me from managing it properly. I am unable to stop or delete it to start over.

Reproduction Steps

  • Tried stopping the instance → No response.
  • Attempted to restart the instance → No response.
  • Tried to delete the instance to start over → No option available.

Note, this is not Hostinger support, just the forum for AMP, so we can only help you with panel related questions/issues.
I’d recommend right clicking the instance and pressing View Logs to see if there’s a reason for the behavior. Clearing your browser cache would also be a good sanity check.
