Problem Description

Issue

I purchased an advanced license and stopped my instances to reactivate them using the new license key. But now no instances will start. I tried updating/upgrading my linux OS. I tried updating all instances in aminstmgr.

Reproduction Steps

  • in console/putty ampinstmgr stopallinstances
  • in console/putty ampinstmgr reactivateall
  • in console/putty ampinstmgr start ADS01
  • Instances do not start and display gibberish in dev console in ADS

Have you checked the instances individual logs? Right click > “View Logs” in ADS. Check the logs for any errors during startup.
