Problem Description

Issue

I’ve been trying to start new instances for multiple programs, and all instances fail their first-time setup. Please advise.

Reproduction Steps

  • Created new instance
  • Waited for instance to finish completing, going from ‘Waiting’ state to ‘Idle’ state
  • Instance fails to progress from ‘Waiting’ state, resulting in failure to launch
  • Configuration unavailable due to first-time setup failure

Likely need to reactivate the licence on the instances

Check the logs for each instance in the AMP_Logs directory in their datastores
