Problem Description
Issue
I was on my game and it just crashed and then was forced to upgrade AMP. Then all instances failed to load.
Reproduction Steps
- Restarted the instance. Failed.
- Tried to re-upgraded AMP and restarted the amp service.
- Created a new instance and it failed to start.
