Startup Issue with Application Deployment - Instance crashes on startup

Problem Description

Issue

Checking the log, I get the error LIM - failure to make api call to MinecraftServer01: An error occurred while sending the request. It will look like it has started, but when I try to manage the instance it says “This instance is not running” before shutting off quite quickly after.

Reproduction Steps

  • I turn on the server
  • I hit “manage instance” although the server crashes even if I dont do that
  • The instance crashes with the error below.

Check the logs of the new instance, do they show anything?

I just noticed this. Im not sure what it means.

Instance MinecraftServer01 has stopped

ADS logged stopped instance MinecraftServer01 - exit code 32 (NO_LICENCE)

An attempt to reactivate this instance was performed within the last 5 minutes, not retrying.

EDIT: use a command prompt to refresh my instances by reconfirming my license
