Problem Description

Issue

Hello, I am using a Hostinger Game Panel VPS. Following a system crash, my AMP instance licence validation broke on your side. The instance CONAN01 throws a No valid AMP licence was found error. When trying to reactivate ADS01 via SSH, it prompts for a licence key instead of using the bundled Hostinger network licence. Hostinger support confirmed they cannot regenerate it and asked me to contact you so you can fix the licence mapping/activation for my VPS IP on your side. Thank you!

Reproduction Steps

  • Open the AMP web panel on my Hostinger VPS.
  • Try to start the CONAN01 instance.
  • The instance crashes instantly with “No valid AMP licence was found” in logs.

Only Hostinger can help you with that - it is their licence.

So both are saying the same thing then xD

But CubeCoders has no access to your VPS and can’t remotely activate any instances for you. That has to be done by the licence holder, which here is Hostinger

Yeah and I suspect Hostinger to just be very bad host in terms of client support cuz I didn’t even knew about cubecoders before having an issue.
Never received an email ou anything from CC… so… :slight_smile:

I will just save the world and reinstall everything from scratch.

EDIT:

For anyone facing this issue with a Hostinger Game Panel VPS:

Do NOT wipe your server or delete your data as the Hostinger customer support wrongly instructed me to do. They told me they couldn’t help because it was a “self-managed VPS” and that my only option was a full OS reinstall. This is completely false.

The solution is actually a single click, directly built into Hostinger’s own interface:

  1. Go to your Hostinger hPanel.

  2. Navigate to your VPS Dashboard and click on Operating System (Système d’exploitation) on the left menu.

  3. Scroll down until you see the “Reactivate licence” section.

  4. Click the button. It will automatically re-inject Hostinger’s network licence into your ADS01 instance in just a few seconds.

Instead of breaking everything like their support wanted, this fixed the license instantly and my Conan Exiles server went back to “Running” with zero data loss. Everything is intact!
