Reproduction Steps

  • Try to create instance
  • Selecting game (Minecraft)
  • Attempt to create
  • Error shows up

Check your IP settings under Configuration > Networking
They should look like this:

Thanks for the prompt response. It’s giving me this error now:

Failed to login to remote instance. null

Are you using the main admin user - or one you created after the fact?

Yep, the admin user. We migrated the server then all the issues started happening

Can you elaborate as to what the server migration entailed?

Just migrated the server from USA to India servers to lower ping

Spell out for me what the migration process looks like? Because that could mean any number of things.

Went to the Hostinger panel → under “VPS information” → Location → Switched from USA to India

You should contact Hostinger in this case, they may need to reactivate everything.
