Problem Description

Issue

i have purchased the standar license and when i run the american truck instance, it stays offline, when i click start, it said waiting and then goes back offline.

Reproduction Steps

  • create new instance and press play
  • instance says waiting then goes back to offline
  • deleted instance and install a new one trying again all steps

I am having the same issue with a Satisfactory instance.

Check the log of the instance. Right click > View Logs

Hello this has been fixed, i needed to be on a game map to do the next steps and upload the 2 files, so when this was done, i update the instance and restarted it. now is working.

dont know how to connect on game, but i am figuring out
