Problem Description
Issue
After I restart the machine AMP runs on the service will run and it will say it is running. But I will be unable to connect to any of the servers AMP host and unable to connect to the AMP web page. Once I stop the service and start it again then it will work.
I have a Windows 2022 Standard server and I followed the instruction for creating a separate user AMP and adding it to the Administrator group and installing AMP on that user.
Reproduction Steps
- After physical hardware restart the service has started
- It won’t allow connections to game servers or to management dashboard
- Restarting the Windows AMP Service seems to reset the problem and fix the issue temporarily
