Startup issue with ADS01 install

OS Name/Version: Windows server 2019

Product Name/Version: Windows server 2019

Problem Description: Unable to open localhost 8080 to get into AMP

Steps to reproduce:

  • Step 1: Uninstall AMP fully
  • Step 2: Reinstall AMP on different drive
  • Step 3: AMP will not start

Actions taken to resolve so far: Full uninstall, instance update and everything possible
