Start Failure with BeamMP - Server Issues

Problem Description

Issue

Every time I try to start the the server it tries to update but fails with this message below.

"This task could not be completed: Running Update Tasks - - State: 3.

Error performing update stage BeamMP Download: Resource temporarily unavailable (api.github.com:443)"

Fixed Other issue above now its saying this.

“AMP was unable to start the application. Possible causes may include insufficient permissions to load the executable, or the file not being correctly flagged as being an executable file. Check AMPs logs for more information.”

I checked logs and it doesn’t tell me anything other then I attempted to Start the server.

Reproduction Steps

Looked at different forms trying to find as well
Looked in all Config files
Tried to look stuff up on google

I ended up getting it working now. Was trying to not use the Docker as I didnt know how it worked but then I tried it and it worked fine with the Docker. The Github issue was what I have in attached images.

There’s a version selector where you could have selected the right build for 24.04

Also still getting this error no matter what I do now.

Show it online randomly now but cant connect to it.
