OS Name/Version: Ubuntu Linux 24.04.2
Product Name/Version: Currently running version 2.6.1.6 - 20250421.1
Problem Description: Unable to use the built in SteamCMD to download mods from steam. The instance is able to run fine with no mods at all. I’ve tried both individual mods and a collection by putting the steam IDs in the “steam workshop items” box. I believe the program is trying to download mods from the wrong app ID due to the console output, see below.
\Waiting for client config…OK
\Waiting for user info…OK
\workshop_download_item 533830 3476908882
\Downloading item 3476908882 …
\ERROR! Download item 3476908882 failed (Failure).quit
My understanding is that the app id for Starbound is 211820 and it is attempting to download the mods for app id 533830.
Steps to reproduce:
- Step 1: Add Steam ID# to updates tab, steam workshop items location
- Step 2: Update instance to download mods (either singular or a collection)
- Step 3: Receive error: This task could not be completed: Installing Workshop Items… - Updating Starbound - State: 3
Actions taken to resolve so far: Restart server, restart instance, create new instance, attempt downloading multiple individual mods, attempt collection download.
