OS Name/Version: Ubuntu Server 24.04.1 live
Product Name/Version: (Always use the full version number - not ‘Latest’) Squad
Problem Description:
I have created (and deleted and tried again) a Squad Instance. I had a squad server running previously on a windows server at this same location but decided to try AMP. I changed the port forwarding to this new AMD server I setup and shut down the old server as to not have any conflict.
I went into AMP, selected SQUAD out of the drop down, it installed wala. The ports are showing green on the dashboard. Users go into custom browser and can see our squad server. However when they click to join they just sit in “joining server” limbo until it times out. This AMD server is new and pretty robust hardware. So I am not entirely sure what is causing this inability to connect. I deleted the instance installed again and issue persists.
Any advice is welcomed. I am not too invested yet, so I can 100% install a different OS on the AMD server and throw AMP back on if needed. But i’d rather not have to do that if this is something simple.

Steps to reproduce:
Create a Squad Instance
Users can’t connect
Actions taken to resolve so far: I have logged into the opensense router and triple checked the firewall rules. I ensured the ports are pointed at the new local IP of the current box.
