trying to give my friend access

can you please explain to me how to give my friend access to my AMP so he can control every thing dont know how but i think we need to enable HTTPS to give access or to make them log in to my account. also when i created a squad server it created it however the ping in the server was 9,999 and it wasnt even letting me join in the server
