Problem Description: Squad Server does not start, it always exist with Exit code -532265403

Steps to reproduce:

  • Step 1: Start Instance
  • Step 2: Try to start Squad Dedicated Server

Actions taken to resolve so far: Manual installation without AMP and startup of squad dedicated server works fine.

Yes, the Squad server is working fine on the same machine without AMP. Today, also the server has started again without touching the machine.

I would smash it then. It sounds like it’s becoming sentient.

I have tried with a new instance now and get the same issue again.

Manually starting up the Squad Server via windows commandline works fine on that machine. So it seems to be an issue with AMP only.

Right click the instance and View Logs and share the latest here after you’ve started the server.

the error is still the same as above. One observation: after one day it is working fine again. Server is starting up and running (without any change). Is there some job running at night? I am thinking about some cleanup / instance lock preventing the server to spawn?

I don’t know what you have running on your system. That’s why the logs are helpful if you share them. :slight_smile:

Looks like your settings are wrong there. It’s going to stop the server, update, and start it at 3:00 UTC time. And it will send a message saying the update will happen in 35 seconds after it finds an update after every fifteen minute check.
