I’m really sorry to open this ticket Mike and I know you are busy with other stuff but it’s over 5 days since your last reply and I really need some help. I’ve been unable to ask on the original ticket as I can’t reply until someone else responds and no one has, I’m sure there’s a good reason for doing that but if no one replies then the ticket will just get closed after 31 days.
Anyway, apologies for the new ticket but I’m a little desperate.
