OS Name/Version: Debian 13
Product Name/Version: AMP - Currently running version 2.7.2 - 20260419.1
Problem Description:
When running scheduled backup to S3 storage (using Backblaze B2) it fails with an error:
”Unable to complete task
This task could not be completed: Uploading Backup to S3 - Scheduled Backup - State: 3.
The file indicated by the FilePath property does not exist!”**
**
This only happens for the Windrose instance, my other instance, Enshrouded, works fine with a similar setup (only differences being separate bucket and API keys)
It also works fine when I upload a local backup to S3 manually, and I can see the backup data is in the Windrose bucket on Backblaze.
Steps to reproduce:
- Step 1 - Create Backblaze bucket and API key
- Step 2 - Enter details in to configuration > backup > Cloud
- Step 3 - Edit hourly backup schedule task to backup to S3 (Dirty only)
- Step 4 - Run task manually or wait for schedule - error appears.
Actions taken to resolve so far:
Replicated settings exactly the same as my working Enshrouded instance.
Created a new Bucket in Backblaze and new API key.
Set schedule to local, then manually upload to S3 (working to get backups off local machine, but tiresome to have to do manually)
