Scheduled backup not working

OS Name/Version: Ubuntu 20.04.4

Product Name/Version: v2.3.4

Problem Description: Time schedule task/trigger not being executed. I have backup set inside the instance to run at a specific time, but no backup have been taken. I have checked ADS01 and instance logs and not seen anything. Is there a specific log for tasks that I can check?

You’re on an old version of AMP. Please update.

Upgraded the version, The webpage shows v2.4 now but cli is differnet.

Tested the backups again, and still not working.

You update the command line tool via your systems package manager.

AMPs scheduler runs on UTC, you can check what it’s doing in terms of running the schedule by checking the logs. Make sure debug mode is enabled to see what it’s doing.

Looks to be working now. It might have just been the UTC time VS system time. Was setting the tasks for system time and not UTC.
