Satisfactory cant change Tick Rate

There seems to be an bug with “Maximum Tick Rate”, it doesnt get set or even used. My Server runs on average tick rate of 120 and im also unable to change Engine.ini due file gets replaced each time ill start the gameserver. I also tried to stop, edit, start but doesnt helped.

Where can i find the default files?
