Rust Server stuck on "Starting"

OS Name/Version: Debian GNU/Linux 12

Problem description:

The server starts, but AMP shows “Starting” even though it is possible to connect and play on the server. I know that Rust Server takes a lot of time to start, but the server is clearly running. AMP doesn’t show it that way for some reason. The console is empty and you can’t send cmonads to the server.

Previous actions to fix the problem:

  • Updated AMP ampinstmagr as amp user
  • Update the System with: apt update && apt upgrade -y
  • tried the Console Passthrough under: Configuartion > System Settings > Console Passthrough on and off it did not change anything
