Rust carbon not load

“Hi everyone, I’m trying to run a Rust server with Carbon using the AMP panel, but for some reason, Carbon isn’t loading. I’d like to know if there’s any additional configuration or steps I might be missing when setting it up. Any guidance would be appreciated!”

“The server is running on AMP on a Linux machine, and I’ve placed the Carbon files in the same directory as RustDedicated, with proper permissions.”

AMP Release “Phobos”

v2.6.5, built 14/01/2026 16:43

Platform Ubuntu 24.04.3
System Type x86_64

Carbon requires the server to be run with specific environment variables, which cannot be set via the standard Rust module

The Rust template in Greelan/AMPTemplates:dev has a Carbon option that handles all this for you

“Hi Greelan, thanks for the response! I’m having trouble locating the Rust or Carbon template in the repository. Could you guide me on where to find it or provide more details on how to access it? Any additional help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!”

Search “configuration repositories” in the amp search bar, add the repo as per the above there, fetch latest, then it will appear in the list as Greelan / Rust
