back-up schedule not following proper time zone
Problem Description
Issue
i recently set up a new server instance after update 2.8.0.6, and i have since updated to 2.8.0.8 and i created a back-up schedule to run daily at 5:30 am and 5:30 pm. however the actual back-up is running at 1:30 am and 1:30 pm even though the system time zone and back-up schedule both show proper time zone of EST.
I have another instance which was created before the 2.8.0.6 update and the back-up schedule for that is running fine even though both show same info.
Reproduction Steps
- confirmed system time zone EST
- opened AMP and verified application time zone shows EST
- went into instance to manage and confirmed schedule task time zone is EST as well
