Remote Access to Minecraft AMP Server

Product Name/Version: AMP Release “Phobos” v2.6.2

Problem Description:

I am trying to remotely access our Minecraft server and when I try to access the webpage, it loads for a long time and then returns with an error message that says “ cant be reached, took too long to respond”

Steps to reproduce:

  • Visit IP in webpage (can share upon request, not sharing initially for privacy)

Actions taken to resolve so far:

We have port forwarded on our router the internal ip, with the port 8080, as well as 25565. Can attach pictures to confirm upon request.
