RedM Fails to unarchive on clean install

OS Name/Version: Unraid 6.11.5/Docker

Product Name/Version: AMP Release “Decadeus” v2.4.2

Problem Description:

When I start a clean install of RedM, my instance downloads the server.zip but is unable to extract it.

I get the following error:
Unable to complete task
This task could not be completed: Updating FiveM Server - Extracting… - State: 3.
Unpack operation failed with exit code 2

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create fresh RedM instance
  2. Manage Instance
  3. Click Start, and error occurs

Actions taken to resolve so far:

I try to extract it manually into server-data and it tries to download and extract the archive again because it is still trying to run the “initial setup.”

Looked into the logs of the AMP instance as well as the main AMP logs but I see no logs regarding the extraction of the zip. Hard to know what the issue is IE: Permissions, etc.

Have no issues with files on other instances like Minecraft.

That’s an unsupported setup. You need to install AMP on the host

You’re using an unsupported third party docker image. You need to contact the maintainer of that image for support.

I’m having the same issue for all FiveM servers. My install is a standard AMP install on Ubuntu 22.04.
Nothing in the console. Just this error:

Unable to complete task

This task could not be completed: Updating FiveM Server - Extracting… - State: 3.

Unpack operation failed with exit code 2

Do you know which part is failing? The server-data or server-bin directory?
