I have a quick question regarding a recent license purchase. I unfortunately missed the New Year’s discount when buying my license.
Would it be possible to apply the discount retroactively or receive a partial refund? I understand if it’s not possible since the purchase is already finalized, but I thought it was worth asking!
I appreciate it’s disappointing for a sale to come on shortly after purchasing, but we’re not able to offer this retroactively. But don’t worry, we do have other offers in the pipeline for existing customers 
I was hoping to upgrade my license for the analytics feature but also just missed the sale so haven’t yet. Would you be able to extend the discount code or have another one coming?
