Project Zomboid - libsteam_api.so error

Product Name/Version: v2.4.2, built 01/03/2023 04:00

Problem Description:

I tried to install a fresh Project Zomboid server.
If I try to start the server I get the following error in the console.

/AMP/project-zomboid/380870/ProjectZomboid64: error while loading shared libraries: libsteam_api.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Did anyone experience that kind of issue and has some ideas on how to fix it?
