Problems with license

OS Name/Version: UBUNTU SERVER 22.04

Product Name/Version: AMP Release “Halimede” v2.4.0.10, built 27/10/2022 18:15
Problem Description:

Hello,
every time I launch the AMP interface,
I have this message popping up.

AMP has lost its licence key due to a hardware or system configuration change.
Please re-enter your licence key under Configuration -> New Instance Defaults.
You may also need to reactivate your existing instances on this host.

How can I fix this problem?
Knowing that
AMP is installed on a dedicated machine,
No docker
only one ethernet interface with static MAC and fixed IP.

Steps to reproduce:

Can appear randomly when I refresh the page http://192.168.1.12:8080/

Actions taken to resolve so far:
enter the license under Configuration → New instance and restart instances.

What’s the output of ip addr ?

here is the output,
would IPv6 be the problem?

~$ ip addr

I can confirm that it’s happening, AMP having issues with remembering passwords or other things.
when rebooting a server this usually happens.
