Payment issues when tying to upgrade from AMP Standard Edition to AMP Professional Edition

OS Name/Version:

  • Windows 11, Brave and Chrome browsers
  • Android Phone, Brave browser.

Problem Description:

  • I have issues regarding payment for upgrading my current AMP Standard Edition to AMP Professional Edition

Steps to reproduce:

  • Accessing the AMP Account Management page.

  • Trying to upgrade AMP Standard Edition to AMP Professional Edition via the green button. Accepted the rules and policies.

  • Got to the payment page, added my card details, and got theses two errors:

1- Your credit card was declined. Try paying with a debit card instead.

After trying with a debit card:

2- Your card was declined. Please try a different card.

Actions taken to resolve so far:

  • Made sure all of my cards had enough balance and more by at least 25%.
  • Tried paying with different currencies. SAR, and British Pounds.
  • I have also reviewed my cards and bank accounts for any “declined” messages or any related statement.
  • I have tried paying through a service called Link, I do not know, nor do I use this service. Still had my payment fail.
  • Last but not least, my card works normally on other sites. I just bought something off Amazon.

I bought AMP months ago, I have used it mostly daily, and I am happy with this product. I will continue to use AMP for months maybe years to come. My friends saw me use AMP and loved it as well. I wanted to say this for you CubeCoders team to hear (or to read).
